By format, packing & destination.
Delivery follows the size of your artwork, its complete protective packaging and the destination. The La Poste tables below show the applicable postage tiers. All weights include the envelope or box and every protective layer.

A5 and A4 describe the artwork size, not the shipping weight. Use the bag’s delivery calculator once the studio has saved the measured package for your chosen quantity. Automatic delivery uses Lettre suivie when the package meets the letter limits; otherwise it checks Colissimo. The studio can specify Colissimo for extra protection. Multiple artworks are priced by the complete packed shipment, rather than by adding a separate fee for each piece.
FLAT ARTWORK · TRACKED LETTER
Prints & unframed works on paper.
A flat, protected print or paper original can travel by Lettre suivie where this service accepts the shipment. The complete package must be no thicker than 3 cm and no heavier than 2 kg. Maximum length is 60 cm; length + width + thickness must stay within 100 cm for France or 90 cm internationally.

The international letter tariff is the same for Europe and the rest of the world, wherever this service is available.
International tracking may be partial. Some destinations require a parcel service for sold artwork, even on paper; letter rates apply only where the service accepts the contents.
Prints and paper originals may also travel by parcel if it suits the packaging, destination or price better. Tracking alone does not mean the artwork’s full value is insured; any additional cover is confirmed before payment.

Canvas, frames & larger prints.
Colissimo suits artwork needing deeper protective packaging or exceeding the letter limits. These rates also apply to prints and paper originals when sent by parcel. Standard parcels must have a combined length + width + height of no more than 150 cm and a length below 100 cm. Minimum dimensions are 22 × 11 × 1 cm for mainland France, Monaco and Andorra, or 22 × 16 × 1 cm internationally.

Zone B: Eastern Europe outside the EU, Switzerland and Russia; Norway; and the Maghreb. Other destinations include Taiwan, Canada, Japan and Australia. The USA and destinations requiring extra checks receive an individual quote.
For parcels below 500 g, the international 500 g minimum applies. Above 500 g and up to 750 g, the international 1 kg tier applies.
These are base postage rates. French overseas territories, parcels over 5 kg, oversized packaging and any additional cover or destination-specific charges need a quote before payment. Applicable customs requirements and whether import charges are included will be confirmed before ordering.
For an order combining prints and originals, please contact the studio for a combined delivery quote before payment. The calculator currently adds no separate packing fee. Customs or import charges, where applicable, are separate from the base postage; destinations needing prepaid duties require an individual quote.

€10 per month, with no extra shipping fee. Each edition leaves Paris by standard letter post, without tracking, within a total packed weight of 20 g.
Retours et remboursements
Ces règles concernent les œuvres originales déjà réalisées et les reproductions non personnalisées, y compris lorsqu’elles sont imprimées après la commande.
Droit de rétractation
Vous disposez de 14 jours calendaires pour nous informer de votre décision de vous rétracter, sans avoir à justifier votre choix. Le délai commence le lendemain de la réception de votre commande. Pour plusieurs articles d’une même commande livrés séparément, il commence le lendemain de la réception du dernier article.
Avant l’expiration de ce délai, écrivez à shuminfr@gmail.com ou adressez-nous toute autre déclaration exprimant clairement votre décision de vous rétracter. Votre nom et votre numéro de commande nous aideront à traiter votre demande.
Retour des articles et frais de retour
Les articles doivent être renvoyés sans retard excessif et au plus tard 14 jours après l’envoi de votre déclaration de rétractation. Lorsque vous changez d’avis, les frais directs de retour sont à votre charge.
Protégez soigneusement les œuvres pendant le transport. L’emballage d’origine peut être réutilisé, mais n’est pas obligatoire. Votre responsabilité peut être engagée pour une dépréciation liée à des manipulations autres que celles nécessaires pour examiner l’article.
Montant et délai du remboursement
En cas de rétractation portant sur l’ensemble de la commande, nous remboursons les articles et les frais de livraison standard initiaux. Le supplément lié à un mode de livraison plus coûteux choisi par vos soins n’est pas remboursé.
Le remboursement intervient sans retard injustifié et au plus tard dans les 14 jours suivant votre notification. Il peut être différé jusqu’à la réception des articles ou d’une preuve de leur expédition, la première de ces dates étant retenue.
Il est effectué par le moyen de paiement utilisé lors de l’achat, sauf accord exprès pour un autre moyen, sans frais supplémentaires. Aucun frais de traitement ou frais Stripe n’est déduit du remboursement.
Œuvres personnalisées
Le droit de rétractation ne s’applique pas aux œuvres réalisées selon vos spécifications ou nettement personnalisées, par exemple un portrait de votre animal réalisé à partir de vos photographies, conformément à l’article L221-28 du Code de la consommation.
Cette exception ne limite pas vos garanties légales en cas de défaut ou de non-conformité.
Article endommagé ou incorrect
Si votre commande arrive endommagée ou ne correspond pas à votre achat, contactez shuminfr@gmail.com. Joignez si possible votre numéro de commande et des photographies de l’article et de l’emballage pour nous aider à organiser la prise en charge.
Les frais de retour nécessaires au traitement d’un article endommagé ou non conforme sont à notre charge. Vos garanties légales restent applicables.

Originals are the actual hand-painted works. Art prints are reproductions of a painting; each product page describes the materials and edition you are choosing.
Is the frame included?
Please check the individual artwork description. The preview collection is unframed.
Where do you ship?
Art is sent from Paris to France, the European Union and the other destinations offered at checkout, where the delivery charge is calculated before payment. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the buyer. Some destinations, including the United States, receive an individual quote before payment.
